Houston Beal

Founder & CEO

Houston founded One More Ridge because of an unparalleled love for the outdoors. Growing up all over Texas has deepened his appreciation for nature, and he’s leveraged his broad Texas roots to assist clients in the outdoor realm. His two main passions are fly fishing, particularly in the clear waters of Texas river systems for largemouth bass, and hunting Aoudad in the rugged landscapes of West Texas. However, he’s not limited to just these pursuits; Houston is eager to immerse himself in any hunting or fishing adventure. With his camera in hand, he captures breathtaking moments from his outdoor experiences. His profound love for nature seamlessly translates into the social media marketing arena, fueled by his desire to connect with like-minded individuals. Houston is thrilled to lead his new company to greater heights, one ridge at a time!

Alexander Hunter

Head of Video Production/Account Manager

Alexander discovered his passion for videography at a young age, inspired by the natural beauty and rich culture of growing up on Mobile Bay. His love for fishing became the perfect complement to his interest in storytelling through film, sparking a creative journey that has only grown over time. In March of 2023, Alexander began producing content professionally, combining his deep appreciation for nature with a keen eye for detail behind the camera. His work often highlights the peaceful yet thrilling aspects of fishing and the unique environments it takes him to, creating a window into the world he cherishes. Beyond fishing, Alexander’s creativity extends to capturing the broader wonders of the outdoors, driven by a desire to share its beauty with others. His content reflects not only his technical skills but also his genuine connection to the landscapes and experiences that inspire him.

Account Manager

Colt brings a blend of sports industry expertise and outdoor passion to One More Ridge. Colt has honed his skills in NIL athlete brand engagement, social media management, event planning, and video shoot coordination. His experience includes managing athletes with over 200 million social media impressions and securing NIL deals with major brands like Amazon, CVS and more. Colt also collaborated with FOX Sports Big Noon, facilitating influencer connections and enhancing student-athlete brand strategies. In addition to athletics marketing, Colt’s love for the outdoors is unwavering. Whether bird or big game hunting Texas or fishing—from largemouth in East Texas lakes and trout in Colorado rivers to salt water all around the Americas—he thrives in nature’s playground. Colt’s deep appreciation for outdoor experiences inspires his work in digital marketing, enabling him to authentically connect with outdoor enthusiasts. Combining his professional expertise and personal passion, Colt is excited to continue One More Ridge’s impact, one ridge at a time.
